Maricopa County Recorder’s Office has two full service offices to record your quitclaim deed. The main office is located in downtown Phoenix. The Southeast office is in Mesa, Arizona. Maricopa County Recorder’s Offices are responsible for recording and maintaining permanent public records. At the present time 3,000 to 7,000 documents per day are processed. Recording Fees:

Basic recording fee – $30 (this includes postage for return of document) These fees change from time to time so visit their web site to confirm the current price of recording
